I am in a good place for this time of year. I hope you are too. I feel like I’ve played catch up and won. This episode is about showing off the latest finished objects (note that I have not said anything about WIPS!). I also chat about old pals and how I feel about progression in my work. Don’t forget to click on the picture above which will take you to YouTube.
Oh, and something else I mention is this: Would you be interested in some kind of Granny-a-long? Embrace all things Granny? I am thinking of hosting a CAL (that’s Crochet-a-long) in the new year focusing on the humble granny square/stitch. Let me know what you think!
Here are the links for everything I have talked about in this crochet podcast. And please do scroll beyond for all the crafty things…

I’m definitely in for a Granny-along!!! 😂 Merry Christmas 🎄Have a lovely Holiday. Xxx
Awesome! I’m getting some really positive feedback about it, which is fantastic. I’m really surprised!! 😀 😀
Happy Christmas to you too. x
I’m going to try & listen over the next few days when it’s quiet!
Hope you have a great Christmas Rosina, onwards & upwards for 2018 🎄🎄
Huzzah! Cheers Maura!
You too. 2018 is going to be awesome…Probably…. ;P xxx
Hey from the USA! I watch all your videos and have bought all your patterns I think you are really talented. I want to share with you something, I don’t know if other people are like me but I love it when I can sit and follow someone making the whole pattern on video. I think I have a bit of a learning problem maybe you could make some of your shawl pattern s that way or demonstrate some of the stitches. I think people pick up easier things just because they know they can do them. Your shawls are beautiful and deserve that attention!! I saw that Melody in Texas is making one. Maybe we could do that as an Along with help. Merry Christmas and much love from the US!!!
Hi Michelle! Thank you so much!
I think you’re right and next on my tutorial list is the crossed treble stitch from the Holey Smokes shawl. I think that no matter how I write it down, nothing will beat a video of it. Soo, it’s definitely coming soon (I just don’t know when exactly!). I can’t promise that I’ll do the same for all my patterns but this one is guaranteed.
Merry Christmas to you too. xxx
You are a pip….you put a smile on my face each time!!!!
Yes….I will do a granny along….
Where is the pattern for that corner to corner blanket? And how did you join it so nicely?
Merry Xmas to you and your family….
Bye,
Sandy
Haha, thank you very much!! x
I’m collating all the info for the c2c at the moment (I’m at 11 pages so far) I will let you know when I release it but it’ll be very soon! 😀
Merry Christmas an Happy New Year!! xxx
Hey Rosina, Just wanted to stop by and say Happy Christmas. I discovered your podcasts not that long ago and have really enjoyed hooking along, sipping a coffee and listening to you chat. Thanks for sharing your creativity. Oh! nearly forgot…I would love a granny a long in the new year! xx
At the risk of taking on too many projects, I’d be interested in knowing more about your granny along! And that’s a gorgeous woodpecker photo!
Weeelll, I’m sure you could squeeze in a little project! 😀 😀
I think the Granny CAL will start on the 1st Feb and run for about 6 weeks. I will write a proper blog post about it soon.
Very pleased with the visit from a woodpecker!!
