About

Hello! Welcome to Zeens and Roger!!

I am both Zeens and Roger. They’re both nicknames I’m known by, but actually my name is Rosina. Thank you for spending time with me.

Here’s what you need to know: I love making things! I never go a day without picking up a crochet hook, sewing needle or pencil. The more I do, the better I get (that’s the idea anyway). It’s all about practice. This is the place where I can look back and see what progress I’ve made and (hopefully) a place where you’ll find lots of crafty inspiration.

My crochet designs have been featured in international crafting publications such as Laine, Moorit, Mollie Makes and Inside Crochet, to name a few. Designing for these amazing magazines was one of my top ambitions when I first started blogging!  Find out more about that HERE.

Since then, I’ve set up a YouTube channel for crochet chats and tutorials. Come and watch me make a fool of myself HERE. And I can’t let you go without encouraging you to visit me on Instagram! I get lost there on a frequent basis; it’s a vortex of creative inspiration.

My next step is unknown, and that’s part of the fun. I wonder where my obsession with yarn will take me next? Let’s find out!

When I’m not being a crochet designer, I am Mum to two amazing boys, we live in a countryside town in Devon with my husband. We share our cosy space with Marceline, the cat and two quite speedy tortoises, Pod & Ludo. I am also a cook, veg grower, enormous procrastinator and an admin team leader in my other job.

Please do have a look around. And don’t forget to pop back as I’m always spouting on about something colourfully crafty…

Here are some places you can find me…

    1. Thank you too! I really liked your dirndl skirt. I’ve tried to make a couple but they didn’t work as well as yours! Can’t wait for spring either, fed up of the grey skies.
